Refund policy

1. Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Start:

  1. Email us at vijaylaxmicreat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Timing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only items that meet the return conditions will be refunded. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts may result in a partial refund.

3. Exchanges

  • Wrong Size or Color? If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).
  • Process: Follow the same return steps above, and in your email let us know the replacement you’d like.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-embroidered or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping and refund any shipping fees.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Bank: It can take 5 -10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, you must follow the return procedure above.
